Need opinions, close enough?

A guy at work is doing a sas on a '95 Nissan p/u. The rear gear is 4.62 and his Dana 44 that's going in the front is a 4.56. I think they'll be close enough but he is frettin'. That's as close as it can get with him keepin' the factory Nissan rear end.

I wouldn't worry about it. .06 difference is close enough.
