I have a set on my parts blazer I do beleive may work. It's an 83 but may be different with the half ton. You can take the whole Blazer for $250. Has hydroboost brakes and pretty good sheetmetal. The same blazer your hood came off of.

Just let me know, still just need that thing gone! I did end up selling those H2 wheels, sorry. The truck is coming along, got my doubler crossmember about done and built me a traction bar too. Working on getting some new King shocks. Saw a picture of your CC, looks good with that hood!
