I need to replace the rear half of my passenger side 1/4 panel. The only panels I can find are for short bed pick ups. Does anyone know if the back 1/2 is the same as the Jimmy's?

You can get patch panels from, LMC. The trucks are different than the blazer\jimmy.
I looked at LMC (page 35), Year One and ChevyDuty. I coundn't find the rear 1/2 in any of them they list all the other patch panels but the very rear of the 1/4 panel.

Sorry, I failed to note you were asking about the rear half. I believe the short beds are the same as the blazer except for the obvious differences where it joins onto the cab. The Jimmy's sometimes had some differences, but it's probably the same as the blazer in the rear. Depending on how much of it you need a long bed might even work.
might as well do the whole qrter... by the time you do the seamwork, you coulda had a new qrter on...
The rest of the quarter is good and there is a big difference in price between 1/2 and the whole 1/4.

i found patch panels on jc whitney. it was a cheater panel for around the sheel well

I took a look and saw the panel for over the wheel well. I need the the piece to the rear of the wheel well.

Mine is a 71. I would like just the patch panel like the one NOT SHOWN in the circled area. It's looking like I'm going to have to get the whole 1/4. I wonder how hard that will be to find.

Depending on how nice you want it to look, the patch panels aren't nearly as good as the real stuff from a wrecking yard, although it'll be hard to find a shortbed.
If you can find shortbed patch panels, those would likely be very close. I know the wheel well section is the same as the blazers.

n o good on that panel. i checked with them. full quaters start for 73. for the 72 they have just about nothing.
That was I found. I guess I'll see if I can make a short bed piece work or else I get one from a wrecking yard.
