I have a 1990 GMC Suburban with 35 inch tires and the standard vacum assist brakes on it. I was in an accident over a montha ago. when a lady pulled out in front of me when I was doing about 30. Speedo said I was doing about 24 so I know it was about 30. The cop stated that because of the amount of damage that I must have been going faster. (I hit a Nissan Maxima in the drivers front fender) He claims that I skid 20 feet before hitting her. I have pictures from the scene showing there were no skid marks. I also know this not to be true because I can't lock my brakes I have tried many times. I want to have an article about a review or a recall from GM that talks about the lack of power with there brake units. any suggestions from anyone Please....
