I recently purchased some gears from ccor in the hopes of regearing my axles, but the guy that originally was supposed to help me install them is havin major scheduling conlicts. im not sure if im supposed too or is acceptable to fish for business on here so feel free to let me know what the up and up is, but i need some help with these gears. Im willin to pay for the work, im just tired of the local 4x4 shop takin me for a ride! i got the master instal kit and everything from yukon.

If anyone is in the snohomish county area in WA PM me and let me know if your interested in some work and too teach me a thing or two while your at it! as always thanks for all your help!

There's nothing wrong with asking for help...

Some of my best friends here now were the guys who showed up to help me work on my truck when I had no idea what I was doing. It's all part of the brotherhood around here.....and someday, you'll have the chance to help some other "new guy" with his truck.

I usually got away with paying my help with food and beverages.... but depending on who was helping me, that didn't always end up cheaper than simply paying for labor!!! :haha:

Give this guy a call- Brent @ Trople Motorsports & Fabrication in Everett.
425-268-1552.
He did my gears for a VERY reasonable price and is close to you.

Yep, still on the reservation :haha:. Anytime, im building an 85 4runner while my blazer goes thru many phases... 1 step forward 5 or 6 backwards on the blazer, have a good plan/direction on it now though...

so im gettin no luck with tmf, im gonna put it out thier one more time. if i dont get a hitup i guess ill take it into my super awesome 4x shop and shower them with unearned benjis:mad:! so if anyone else knows of anybody hit me up cause i got these gears sittin in my garage mocking me for my ignorance!

I am kind of surprised I didn't hear them mentioned, but what about Randy's Ring and Pinion?

I suspect they are severely overpriced as are most places on gear changes, but they certainly have a name for themselves, and I think they are sorta up your way.

i was thinkin about them, but they really are no different then randys off road, very similar price. ill probably end up goin with them since they already know my truck and all.

I sent you a pm over at krazyk5. Someone else who does good gear work.
As for TMF... I wont send anymore people his way if he cant even communicate. Not sure whats going on with him... Good luck!
