Need some help installing gears

Okay I am going to go with 4.56 gears but now is the question is it hard to install them your self or not I have all the tools to do the job and I am sure I can get some help from a guy at the shop to help me. But is it worth doing my self or paying someone and how long should it take to do the job.

Yes sorry it is a GM Cor. 10bolt

If I were you I would attempt to do it. Take your time and use Billvistas article. You are going to save about $600 if you do both axles yourself.
