Well the subject say's it all... any pic's of K5's in camo paint? I'm using black,olive,brown,and khaki.. /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif

Here's a mockup I did a while back just started adding the stripes recently. Not so many colors as you're using though.

This is all I have done with the striping at this point.

yep,rattled it and used black tape to mark it out. black tape bends nice. Don't want to stretch it though.

nice ive been thinkin about doin that just with reds black and white etc... since ive never seen that on a truck...only problem is i gotta do it myself with spray paint so i dunno how well itll come out, nice pics tho

Thanks rod. Yep, drivers side. I looked for the smokin deal for a long time. Still got a decent deal but not the smokin deal. Anyway electrical tape works pretty well. It bends pretty nicely and the reason I like it better than like the tape you always see them using for flame jobs and stuff is that stuff is so small that its hard to mask off after that. I think I did that whole front end in about half an hour. From taping off to pulling the tape off. Nice part about camo is there isn't a wrong way to do it as far as I'm concerned. Just tape it off and go. Yeah theres a milspec way to do it but PFFFFT>...

The subject doesn't say anything about the events leading up to this.. how you:
-got drunk working on your k5..
-got pissed at your truck..
-kicked in the door...
-ruined the paint and made an intoxicated decision to rattle can your truck Camo, and actually start bashing it..

Well no eagle Globe and Anchors due to Patent restrictions. Have my own design I am going to be working on and implement it in soon.

Pixels are a little too big, but with 4 different colors and the size of the area covered, try doing them smaller. Tried on one fender that took all day so went to a larger pattern.

Works quite well. Where I park it at, next to the row of bushes, You actually have to take a second look to actually see it. he windows are the big give away for the thing.

Painted it with Zero Rust paint. Have heard it fades but was in The desert in Ca and painted my hummers with it and faded very little in the 2 years I was there with sunshine 364 days a year.

No it is not an actual camo pattern on the vehicles, yet, but eventually most of them will be once everything settles down in the world.
