Ok, I must be f...'d in the head but I cannot figure out how the inner rocker extended I ordered from LMC fit on the blazer. I have no reference as my original rockers have returned to the earth from where they came.
I ordered #6 and it has this tall flange on the rear section that looks like it was made for a truck with the seat hump. Do I just bend this over for the blazer('91) or cut it off?
Should I have also ordered #7 or is #6 just a longer version of #7? (which is what LMC rep. told me)
If anyone has a pic/diagram of how this all goes together that would be awesome.

when i put my rockers in i didnt bother putting new inner rockers in, it just makes a place for mud and sticks and crap to build up and rust it out. but thats just my opinon on it

I ordered number 7 and couldnt figure out how it was suppossed to be installed so i just left the inner rockers off as well.

Yea, I too see that as a high probability (like 100%)
I'm thinking about making my own inners (for support ie:boxing) and make them sealed completely around the outers. As I understand,,, the rockers help keep the cab from sagging.
Maybe if someone has "original" rockers they could snap a pic of the underside of them so I could see how GM did it.

I had my rockers replaced 2 years ago, what part do you want pictures of? I only have my cell phone camera, but I'll see what I can get...

Basically how the inner rocker attaches to the truck and the outer rocker. So I guess an upward angled shot would do the trick.
Really appreciate it smier.
Oh, and if you could mail it to me or put it on an external site as I am not a member "yet" PM SENT

Sorry, had a bit of a family emergency today... I'll try and get you a good picture tomorrow.
