Need Some Seat Help Guys

I have an 87 K5 with the stock front seats. The upholstry is in good condition, but the seats dont latch. You can freely fold the drivers seatback up without using the lever. You can also fold the passengers side up, and slide it forward without the lever. Do I need new seats, or is there a common part that breaks and allows this? I don't think you have a problem. My seats do that in my '88 and also in my '87. As long as it doesn't lay down on you while you sit in it you're in good shape. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

Thats stock for an 87. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif I think its alot better than the latching kind, easier to use.
