Need some signatures!, help save a new offroad park..

The guy who started this park is having trouble with a neighbor complaining. This is rural land, surrounded by orchards and fields. Im not sure how far away the problem neighbor is, but it cant be too close, as i didnt see any houses close by, while i was out there wheeling. This guy is trying to make a small buisness out of this park, and its a fun little place to go mudding.

you got any pictures of the property? I might be picky atm, but if I support a park that just went in next to some poor bastard neighbor, I'd prolly hate myself for it. Thats his home he paid money for-for crying out loud. And I know how guys like their trucks loud, especially when it's not restricted to sound dbs.

Its a small park, maybe 50 acres.... He is planning on putting some more rocks, maybe some logs, and making a couple hill climbs. Plus there are mud drag lanes. There used to be some overhead pictures of the property, showing the surrounding houses, but i cant find them... .

Since this has transfired, he has been talking about only opening it up one weekend a month, to compromise with the neighbor, and to keep people from getting burned out, on such a small park.

here, Post number 70 shows the over head picture... He built a big berm to help with the sou/nd... Im not even sure the the house in the picture is the Complaintent (sp?)

Why is the neighbor complaining?

If it's the noise, then all he really needs to do is make a rule that says all vehicles must be street legal, no open exhaust, etc.

The rigs that ive seen there, either while i was there, or through videos, have not had open exhaust... There are a few videos in the thread link i posted.

He built a dirt berm as a sound barrier. He is talking about only having runs once a month. That sounds pretty fair to me.

I guess my point is what's the problem? Why are the neighbors upset? What's the point of the petition? I am just saying it seems odd that he is trying to get the petition, but I didn't immediately understand why. I tend not to vote for something if I don't know what is going on. That's all.
