Need someone to weld and drill something...

I have a Dodge D60 stock steering arm and need the hole welded up and then redrilled for the taper to accept a drag link thru the top of the arm like a GM arm has.
The Dodge arm accepts the drag link thru the bottom of the arm hence the need to find someone who can weld the Dodge taper up enough to redrill the taper thru the top part of the arm.

Any takers or anyone know of a person or shop who can do this?
