72 CST. Stock suspension.

Long story short. Gave my niece my Blazer year and a half ago (hadn't worked on it or driven it in years). I was busy restoring a 72 Bronco (still am). Her husband worked part time doing body work. Divorce 8 months ago, he was supposed to be still working on it.

Checked on it today ( 60 miles away). Hadn't touched it since prior to divorce, doors off, hood off, tail gate down, parked in the woods. (This thing has always been garaged before this). Rims sold and replaced with crap. Tires sold and replaced with shredded tires.

I am getting it back and making room in my shop.

What max size rims and tires (BFG's?) and back spacing, for stock very lightly wheeled 72 blazer?

Would like to get tire and rim package, mounted and balanced, so I can get it back in my possession asap. Niece is ok with this.

Thank you in advance.

The wheel is 15"x8"and largest BFG would be a 33" for that rim, back spacing is what I can't tell you at this moment. Stock Chevy 6 bolt pattern

Thank you.

Anybody for backspacing? I am searching other places. Might just take a guess.

Re: van rally wheels backspacing?
I have van ralleys on my truck and can measure backspacing if someone will school me on the proper way to measure them. I have an unmounted one at home along with my 7" and 8" ralleys that are awaiting sandblasting and paint when money allows. The ralleys on my truck are 6" wide ,Im assuming all van ralleys were 6 ".
