does any body know what will be needed to clear? and no saw or cutting the fenders! thinking 3" body and 2" lift spindles and blocks in rear?

Fiberglass fenders and custom inner fenders and you can clear 35s on a 2wd. Just watch your back space. The more the wheel moves out from under the fender the more problems you will have iwth it contacting body.
You might be able to clear 35's with stock fenders with trimming and a 2 inch body lift.
