Need to know what I should pay?

Hey all I'm new to blazers and found an unmolested 89 k5, clean inside and out no rips or tears in carpet, no cracks on dash, all electric locks/windows work, only thing was when first started had a little white smoke but went away. Did not drive yet but will before buying. He wants $3500 told him I would give $3000. Does this seen decent price? Thanks in advance

Smoke on start up would be valve seals. If it's all stock and nothing wrong with the body 3k might be ok but I wouldn't pay anything more than that. I would have to be really nice though

The body is straight and clean top looks to never have been off, said to have 68k on it looks too clean for a truck with more, it idles really smooth.

That would be a steal here. My dad just purchased a k5 with straight metal, good paint, everything works including the stereo for 5g

At that price I'd expect a clean body, clean frame, and clean interior. Everything else is cake.

Hey thanks for the replys, checked for rust everywhere and it was clean, picking it up in a few days, drove it today and shifted real good went into all gears and tracked straight down the road.
