I just bout a 6 inch superlift kit used for my 1979 k5 blazer, anyone have any ubolts for sale are have the dimensions , it has the blocks in the rear.
thanks

Don't buy or use used u bolts. Get new ones. Is it a 6" block? Take your u bolt and and 7 or 8" and get a longer one. Once it's on and tight, cut off the access. Call around local shops. They will tell you who has them.

rear blocks are NOT the size of the lift.

average 6" rear is a 5" block .

remember lifts level and lift at the same time.

don't reuse ubolts.

find your local spring or big truck parts store and have them bend you up some ubolts NEW . and do 5/8" rod as its bigger and grd 8 rod over the 9/16" rod that's grd 5 .

Thanks everyone for the info called a couple shops the lowest I found was 15 a peice, skyjacker wants 55 for the back and 50 for the front, I didn't think they where that expensive

all the lift kits I have done I hate using lift kit ubolts. there so cheep compared to Dayton brand ubolt rod that spring shops use .

I can help out. We have a really good spring shop here in Columbia SC. They can make any size u-bolt you want. I have had them make u-bolts for me for my dana 60 and 14 bolt a couple of times. They have the dies to make any size you want. They come with thick washers and tall nuts.

I would be willing to get them made and ship them to you if you can give me the dimensions.

Charles.
