Need winch info?

I recently acquired and 8k rated warn model number 6059. This thing is old but it works good. Two parts of the wire about a 2" section the cable is unwound a little. It takes some kind of oil, what? Gear oil? Also, I only have two cables one for the pos and one for the neg. I don't know how to get the clutch to release to unwind the cable. Is there any websites that have some info on these things. Warn did not have anything for such an old model. What will I have to do to get this thing to work? Your best bet would be to call Warn.. They are usually extremely helpful with older winches. I have even heard of them sending out parts for people with older winches for free!(not sure how common that is)....
