Well, I just got some free tires. 265/75/R16 Radial LT Courser OTD's.
About half tread and zero dry rot

Now I need some 16 inch wheels for the Blazer. I can get some plain steel wheels from a 88-98 K10, but is the hub-hole big enough? If not, what would be?

Craigslist is your friend.

16" wheels should be easy to find.

You can get CHEAP steel wheels from summit or jegs for $60ish a piece, last resort.

6 lug or 8 lug?

The 8 lug hub holes are big enough on newer wheels, just don't get the 2012+ metric ones.

I ran a set of 05 and 08 8 lugers on mine.

Six lug, a friend of mine has a set of turbine wheels that I really, really like, on a parts truck he has, they are 6 lug 16, and its a 79 K10.

He keeps telling me they are going stay on that truck once he puts his S10's body on it, but he has been saying that for a year and a half.

Well, today got me nowhere, I found 2 new sets, One a friend of mine ran on his mud truck, 10 inch wide white spokes, but he said he would want $70 for the 4. Another was a guy who was trying to sell a mid-70's Suburban, and he was trying to sell a set of slotted mag wheels, that looked awesome, but he wanted to sell them with the truck, if not, he wanted $140.

I asked my friend with the turbine wheels again, and he said we wanted to wait until he started ripping the truck apart, but I could have them when he did. Thing is, this truck has been sitting on his property for more than a year.
