think I like it for now, gonna throw it around in my head what I learned from the cardboard and will be able to come up with some thing very strong and functional.

make sure you tie them into the frame.
If your doing them with tube you might want to check out the DIY4X site he has some there that look sweeeeet.

Here are mine. 2x3 under the rocker and step bars are all 2x2. All .250 wall. Mine sandwich the body ribs front and rear, but I did add a piece of 2x2 straight back to the frame as the holes through the rib started getting wallowed. I set the full weight of my rig on these regulary too though

Those are the mut's nuts:waytogo:
Can you snap a pic of the underside so we can see the tie in?

Sorry it took me awhile, but here is my brace i added in. Was going to do 2 on each side, but these are temporary until I cut the rockers out.

MTBLAZER89 Thanks for the pic's.
Although it may seem like a "no brainer" as far as mounting, everyone has different approaches to the same problem and I like to see as many of them as I can so I can come up with "what seems best to me" when I tackle the job.

Haha I could be nominated for that after the last couple trips.

My leafs fan out a little bit, but they don't move any farther than that. Good eye :waytogo:
