Neutral safety switch

Can somebody tell me what wires to jumper on my 88 so I can debug an intermittent no start condition? About a year ago I went to a floor shifter and just wire tied the auto collar to the P position and I’d like to remove this from the scenario. Thanks in advance,

well 2 are nutrel switch and other 2 are back up. i dont recall off the top of my head. tie 2 together and look for back up lights if thay light up tie others together.

OK,, and this is on that white 1/2 collar on top of the steering column near the firewall .. correct?
