After owing my 52" Craftsman toolbox with a side box for many years, it was time to upgrade. Honestly I'm not that impressed with how frail the larger craftsman boxes are. I lost the bearings in one of the castors and I was shocked how frail the box and casters are especially when the box is loaded. Its just not solid and seems to sway when pushed. I know there's some upgraded casters and bracing you can do but I was ready to move on. I replaced the existing casters with craftsman again since I'm selling it locally. Here's a picture of it sitting on blocks waiting for casters to ship.

I was set on buying a Husky 72" box until I watched some videos including one where it compared it to the Harbor Freight US General box.
After watching that, I was sold on US General. Husky is 2500 lbs max capacity where the US General is 6600 lbs max capacity.

The only thing that sucks with US General is the wait. It took almost a month to arrive. I ordered the blue box. Other colors are red, black, yellow, green and orange. I also ordered the top 56" cabinet and a side box which hooks on the side. After they showed up I got them loaded up in sergeant steel and got it home. Unloading was NOT fun. There is no way to unload these by yourself unless you have a hoist, crane or forklift. I had to unbox the top 56" piece first, then take out all drawers and still needed help. Luckily I have a good friend and a neighbor to assist. Bottom box, same thing. Remove all drawers, keep the pallet strapped to the box and carefully unload it. Shipping weight shows it to be 683 lbs. Harbor Freight can ship to you but there is a $187 fee to my address. Cost on the bottom 72" box was $1000 with a coupon, 56" top box was $475, 15" side box $200 with coupon (not shown in final pictures due to return).

After finally getting it in the garage, I have to say I am impressed. As a former Snap-On box owner I would say this box is up there in quality and well made and very sturdy. Just the bottom box alone weights 545 lbs and along with the top box makes it over 800 lbs. Box does not sway when pushed hard like the Craftsman. I did return the side box for two reasons. One it was damaged during shipping, not bad but it was the top rail that grabs the side of the box. Two it was going to be too wide by 6" if I put that on blocking my walkway so I decided it was best not to attach it. The only thing I wish the drawers had was the soft close option. The Husky has that along with some other cool features but this still kills Husky in capacity/weight.

Anyway just wanted to give my honest feedback on this box. I think for the money its hard to beat.
