does the tank have the metel part of the fuel filler that bolts to the bed of the truck? and is it shipable

It does come with the filler neck with bolt on flange. I don't think this is shippable due to vapors. I am not sure on that though. If you can find out info on it, we can make it happen.
Is the sending unit for the driver side position?

I didn't know there was a difference. I can't remember if the sending unit is keyed when it slips in the tank. Do you need another picture?
