New Astro: ABS light question

Got a question:

I just picked up a 92 Astro, and the anti-lock warning light is lit. Is there an easy way to read the codes from the ABS system? I want to get this resolved and make sure that everything else is intact. Was thinking that there would be a paper clip type trick like getting the engine codes.


Oh and anybody else find it odd that a short box Astro has factory hydro-boost brakes? I can't see any way that it would need the extra braking force.

Mine does and my ABS light isn't on either

you can take it to like Auto Zone and they will read the codes for you, or another shop that has a code reader

I hadn't thought about going down to see them. I am worried about the SES light, as I think it is burned out or pulled out. So more things to get checked out.
