New Ball Joint install question

My question is do I really need to worry about changing these little threaded bushing looking things that came with the new UPPER MOOG ball joints ? The blazer drove pretty strait down the road so I don't know if I really want to mess with them. What does everyone think ?

They are for preload adjustment. You should..... but it's not that imperative to replace them. Your current ones look ok, just make sure they are adjusted well.

Yep. You need the tool to adjust them, so why not replace them. There is a procedure to follow, so make sure you use the book or google fu.
