New Bolt-in replacement for 10SI Delco.

This a new prototype that my alternator supplier is making. This unit is based on the new Nippon Denso "Hairpin" alternators. It is 160 amp, and produces extremely well at low rpm. The electrical pulses have very little ripple, so should do very well with electronic modules. All of the major car manufacturers have gone to this style of alternator. I will be testing this alt. on my camping rig. with a 50amp Dc-Dc charger to charge my lithium battery.

Def a direct bolt in. Charge wire was already upgraded. Took about 5 min total to install. Needs a slight rpm increase for the o/w regulator to kick in.

Yep! Crappy plastic "extend-yo-mirrors"! LOL They do work, but vibrate like hell at 60! I need something better, because the Lance camper is a bit wide!
