The front isnt done yet, the rear is done except I still need to cap the ends of the tube and support the body armor a little better, but other than that its done.

I like the rear bumper. Nice and simple, but sweet looking because of its simplicity.

I also notice a suspension seat with nice yellow piping. Is is a PRP. I just installed my PRP seat. I was going to get yellow piping but I wasn't patient so I just ordered what he had in stock.

Its a JD2 Model 3 bender, but the die for 1.75" tubing is gaulling(sp?) the tube pretty bad for some reason. I want to get a Hydro bender when the shop is done though, or convert this one to hydro.

Nope, Im using 1.75" I think 2" is too big.

The suspension seat is for my samurai. It has the black and yellow color scheme going on. I need to redo the seat mounts, but the truck is at my grandma's house because my dad wanted his blazer in the garage (I hate living at home, but ya know college comes first i geuss. :dunno: )

You are going to have to clean up the follower die with a file, probably has a few nicks in it. Make sure to use plenty of lubricant on the tubing and dies too.

lookin pretty good. made some good progress since yesterday:waytogo:
how much tube are you adding to the front? gonna put a prerunner style hoop on it? cant wait to see when its done.

I grease the follower every bend, just keep a greased up rag beside the bender.

I know someone that will probably buy yours from you when you go to a hydro one.:D

radius the edges on the dies and the follower just slightly and it will stop galling as much. Grease is your best friend. I have been using the white lithium spray and really like it cause it is easy to apply.
