will the truck have a dash in it?

or just gauge panel or something?

Looking good ! If you dont mind me asking whats something like that run when done professionally by a shop?

well i did order me a S&W cage, i hope that i am happy with it. i think that i will be cuz i'm only 5'10 or so. just wondering what happened to your old cage? sorry if i missed the post. it looks like they used some beefy tube, what is it? and yeah i was wondering what a one off cage would run a guy?

Plan on running a custom dash, just waiting to finish the tube work to see what we can do.

Quite a bit. Material was most of the cost, we are using a mix of DOM and HREW to try and save costs. The cage will also be going through the firewall to the front bumper. Then all mounted to the frame. Lots of work still to do.

Old cage, I was having head to b pillar clerence issues but ended up just having the seats to high. Also was did not really car for the design. Sold it to a friend for $450

Not sure, don't even know what size tubing it is. I will ask.

Looks good... the stinger could use some more gusseting though... :thumb: ;)

Just a guess, but that tube looks like 1.75 to me...

looking good, a lot more head room than your old setup.

How are your mounting it to the frame or body?

Sandwich plates on the body and really not sure on the frame yet. Might use bushings or might weld straght to the frame.

That thing looks sweet. I think I found the cage design I'm gonna steal:wink1:. Once I get close to putting it in I'm definitly gonna hit you up for some measurements/dimensions. I was afraid of running into the same problem you originally had with head room--with me being 6'1.

looking forward to seeing the finished product...keep those pictures coming
