I just went to NAPA today and got a new driver side brake caliper. Bolted it on and now it seems that the bolt going into the caliper that goes thru the flex line is not fitting. Is this possible. It is dark out and I had trouble with my trouble light. So I really cant see, but is it possible the threads are different or the bolt size is different?

could be either 10mm or 3/8ths. usually rebuilders dont check. or the threads are screwed up. i just had to take a caliper back that had the threads chewed to heck.

you mean 7/16". D44 have a 7/16" banjo bolt, while a 10 bolt has a 10mm banjo bolt. that is the only real difference. just get the one with the other part number.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am gonna have to check it again and then go throw it at the parts guy. First he gives me the wrong caliper and now this.

Went back to NAPA today and took the banjo bolt with me. It turns out the first Caliper was the wrong number in the right box. So I got the right one and its all back together now. Thxs guys.
