86 Buick Le Sabre, college car, my dad picked it up cheap, the second half of my graduation present ($300) its not to bad, needs shocks and some other minor things. Whadda you guys think?

Yeah it does, I noticed that too, but that is the previous owners plates. I need to take them off still, technically its still his, he hasnt got the title outta his safe deposit box or somethin yet.

It dosent need shocks it used struts is it the 3.8(3800)? BTW $300 is CHEAP

I beleive it does have the 3.8 V6. I havent looked at the motor much. Whats the different between shocks and struts? Are they alot more expensive, becuase i know i can get Monroe shocks for 16 a peice at OReillys

Yea there more expensive but I dont know much about them You will be surprised how quick that 3.8 is though nothing like a V8 but still pretty quick espically for being a 4door buick

Yeah this thing blows the doors off my 2.8 in the S10 and thats a 5-speed too, and the GMC well shes no runner so i dont even try to make her one /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

The S10 aint worth the effort
The GMC already is Turbocharged (internationalharvestor parts /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif )
The Buick is fast enough for me

Ok here are the pics i have taken of it. Its a turbocharger from an International Tractor, the guy i bought it from, fabbed it all up. This is just a overtop pic(new fuel filter setup also shown)

yeah, 6.2, single straight pipe, it sounds badass, rear main leaks like a sive and it uses a bit of oil though, i have another 6.2 i might swap out sometime next year. That motor is out of a 2wd Scottsdale i used to drive, till i blew up the tranny. damned 700R4 /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif
