Ah, Funny how something can change your project in the blink of an eye. I got my k5 running, ran all new brakelines, and figured i'd have her up and running in no time, Well a guy tells me his friend has a blazer with mad parts, so I go after school and check it out...Well its an 83 I believe, very little rust on the body, just a few little spots, frame is clean!!! unlike mine which is a lemon and badly rusted. Not to mention my body is like rust central. So I get to looking..the 83 comes with 4' lift springs all around, the interior is very nice, all black, little custom things here and there, has a 4 speed with it, smitty built brush guard and nerf bars, reciever hitch, from what I can tell a 12 bolt and a dana 44, and so much more, so I pay 100 down, another 100 soon, and trading a 300ex I payed 100 bucks for...so what do you think of that deal? 300 bucks for all that plus more..So now i've decided to swap all my good parts over to the 83, and have a nice solid truck 
So i'll keep you guys updated with my progress, I'm gonna build it up from the frame, so it should be perfect once its complete. I'll also have some parts for sale soon. So i'll keep this thread updated, thanks for looking.
