New Doubler crossmember 1/2 way done...dialup beware of the linked images.

is that factory as far as how far below the frame it sits? oops forgot you have a clocked 205 don't you? Well your adaptor would still be low.... thinking outloud, or is it outloud if I typed it?

looks good. just a thought... wouldnt it be better to angle the ends off a little, and put a plate over the opening? just to eliminate the end as a possible place to snag stuff on the trail?

Very nice job! But one word of advice. You might want to put something under the 205 to keep it from hanging. You won't hurt the 205 itself, but a solid whack on the case back there ripped the bolts out of my trans housing. I’ve since built a booty fab skid plate to protect the entire area until I get finished with moving the cases further up in the frame…

Someone did not read the title; this piece is only half way done. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I will be adding another crossbar in back of the 205 and plating under the 205 up to the frame rails, just like the rest of the piece.

Thanks for the compliments guy's! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I hope to be wheeling it before the end of the month, still got to break in the gear's and the tranny.

That's the funkiest 1940's era looking tractor parts jack I have ever seen!

Good crossmember though, hot sexy and all!

Makes me feel better about my design

(Insert Mr. Burns)

exxxxcellent. I like it so much, im a gonna steal the idea, but fabricate the origional crossmember instead of tubing. just kidding. I have wanted to do something like that for a while, but it makes it easier when a picture is right in front of you. good job.
