I don't need it, but do you know if it is for the adapter with or without the bearing?

I am not for sure, I don't know very much about the different adapters. The adapter that I have has two seals and the t-case is a slip yoke design. I will check tommorrow if the adapter has a bearing in it, the adapter is about 20 miles from me right now.
