ok, to finalize the work to the blazer, i would like to get exhaust (flowmaster?) and locking hubs for my dana 44 front.

should i get cat back exhaust? new headers? i alr4eady have a but load dumped in the truck so i dont want to go too nuts. maybe a 3 chamber srup?

as for the locking hubs, my dana 44 is a 19 spline external (has no grooves inside the hub?) and the axle itself is 2 3/4"'s in diameter.

thanks

tom

I think everybody has external mount locking hubs, I'd get warn , there real reliable and strong. As for mufflers , flowmasters are good sounding. I like good simple exhaust , duals if you are legally able, just tucked up well , away from your drivelines, not close to fuel and brakelines. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

ok. guy said my axlws were from a eaqrly 80's pickup, but if they are external, i guess he lied. lol

i will pick up the warn hubs, do i need the transfer case conversion kit they all talk about?

If this is for the virgin 86 in your webshots , and it has a part time np208 , then no you do not need a conversion kit, the kits are for full time cases like np203's. Just bolt on the hubs and go. Are you going to wheel this truck? I would reccomend a spare set of shafts for that axle. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

I think Flo's are a bit overrated....Dynomax /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
