I had a new exhaust system built for my 1991 V3500 Crew Cab. It was installed about 3-months ago at a local exhaust shop. Since my truck is lifted there was a problem with the cross-over pipe hitting the front drive shaft so I had them relocate the cross over pipe to clear the front drive shaft.

It is a single exhaust system with new exhaust manifolds, Flowmaster scavenger y-pipe, high flow pre-OBD II/CAT, and a cheap Jegs in-house turbo muffler. I had them make the tail pipe just a turn down past the 14-bolt diff. The exhaust shop located the O2 sensor bung in the Flowmaster y-pipe, and is a Delphi 4-wire O2 sensor.

pic #2 ... is that the old set up or new?

looks like the driveshaft is going to hit under front axle flex... IIRC, the stock crossover tucks up closer to the oil pan and over the top of the driveshaft..... or is my memory failing ..

Where did you go?

That is just a short section of the old pipe coming off the manifold. I am going to take my truck back to the exhaust shop to get that replaced. The cross-over pipe is farther back against the trans cross member than it looks in the picture.

Sounds good
