Finally finished floor installation after a long winters rest. Finished driver side last summer. Waiting to hang doors so I can align rocker panels before installing them. Glad rust is gone. Some before and after Pics.

Looks good!!! I'm close to getting mine welded up, everything is fitted, thanks for your help
I would like to see some pics when it is done.

How did the finger heal up, did you lose any of it?
I have not heard of you anywhere lately, did you hibernate, or maybe I just missed your posts

My son just gave me his old flux core welder the other day so I plan to do some welding soon, can't wait to be done with this rust. It has been the worst part of the restore

Yeah, I pretty much hibernate during the winter, ole bones hurt too much but as soon as them spring frogs start hollerin' look out.

Finger has last quarter inch missing but is healing pretty nice, hurts like hell when it gets cold and kinda screwed up my Mandolin playing but I can still pick on the Dobro a little it uses a metal slide.

Glad your getting the rust out of your project I know it's going to look great.

Wishin' your Mom and better half a Happy Mothers Day.

Mother's Day

Thanks for the sentiments, to yours as well. Spent the day on Sat. w/mom, we ended up being lost in Maryland for 4 hours, She said she didn't mind because it was a beautiful day and that she loves to go for rides. It was hard for me to drive on the back country roads since I have HiPo sports car, most of the time I spent idling thru turns, didn't want to scare the sh!t out of her, She's like 90, but you didn't hear it from me!!!

How close are you to end of your project? You sure do nice work considering the tools you have.

Hey good luck to the hillbilly:bow:
