New front winch bumpers!

Yeah you could use things from Ace thats for hanging brooms, shovels, and rakes.
Or I`ve seen them for sale online.

I believe the clips that hold a "D" cell Maglite are the same size as a roller on the fairlead. You could use one for each side and it makes an easy on/off.

I'm still trying to grow bigger testiclees to explain to my wife why I need a matching rear bumper for my blazer. She just doesn't understand why it's not right that the chrome rear bumper contrasts with the the front Blazen tube bumper in powder coat black.

Mine gets that its a "guy" thing , she even helps sometimes...she just wants to pay stupid bills and stuff.
Besides this extra tax refund is hers anyway.Since she claimed me and im a lil over 18 I dont get any .

My wife is actually pretty cool about my toys as long as the bills are paid first. She has four horses to my 250hp or so. I don't understand her riding meat, ( unless it's mine), and she won't let me eat any of them, but I do try to buy her a truck load of hay once or twice a year, so she may even ride in my truck once in a while.

Mine just shook her head and laughed at me when I said I needed a matching bumper, until I explained how flimsy the stock one is.

No not yet, but I'm building a slightly different front bumper too. I am also working on a design for a rear spare tire carrier, jerry can, hi-lift, setup. Plus new sliders with steps will be available for 73'-91' burbs and K5's.

A soon as I can get my hands on a first gen I will get something rolling.

Jesse Kruger

Ok Jesse so I posted a message in "the garage" and got some response about the Gen I bumper.

I also have a thread in the "trials" section regarding a trip to the Rubicon in August and your thinking you'll go.

I'm willing to provide the Gen I K5. And some help creating the bumper when ever you are. I have the winch currently mounted to a winch plate and some 2" tubing to be used in my hitch receiver but would really like to get that thing mounted to the front where it's supposed to be.

Tire carriers have been a popular combo for these front bumpers!
Is this an add on thing? Are we talking the tube winch bumpers like mine?

Oh man I wanna hear more about this..I was this close |-| to buying a DPI slider. I REALLY need a step on mine.

All bumpers have been shipped!!

Time to get your orders in!

And if you win the free bumper give-a-away we will credit your purchase if need be or build you a rear bumper.
