New Gas Can Carrier

Got a gas can carrier fabbed by GM Truck Center. I needed it to swing out for the tailgate and not obstruct the mount that my HF ham radio antenna goes into. They did a great job. Overbuilt just the way I like it.

Those are NATO cans. Not very costly and don't leak like Blitz cans.

Love my NATO cans. BLITZ cans SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Gave my Blitz aray to the guy I sold my 79 too just to get rid of it.
www.colemans.com and www.coldwarremarketing.com both sell surplus NATO cans. Many times you can find them at your local Army Navy.

Yea, I got my NATO cans at a surplus store. Just have to be aware that they don'tt guarantee them not to leak. Mine never had any probs tho.

The guys that fabbed the carrier did it so it'd match the rest of the way the truck looks.
