New gas tank needed. polyurethane?

So after 3 patch kits my tank is leaking again and the fuel sensor has stopped working. since i have to drop the tank to repair it i am just going to get a new one. my question is does the 25 gal and 31 gal tanks use the same straps?

Also anyone have any experience with this poly tank??

Well, the one you picture sure looks like a pickup side tank, which comes in 16 and 20 gallons.

But you say 25 and 31 gallon, which sounds like Blazer tanks. In this case, the straps are indeed different as the larger tank is, well, larger. Specifically it's 2" deeper so the straps would have to be ~4" longer.

Eh, must just be a stock photo then. I believe the general thing with poly tanks is that they're rustproof, of course, but more prone to rock & dent damage for the hardcore 'wheeling crowd. Let's see if anybody else pipes up.

yes LMC sells 2 different lengh straps for the small and larger tanks. they are not interchangable. that photo of the large tank... won't fit in stock location (it'll hit the rear drive shaft)
