I kept the stock bezel. I made mine out of sheet metal. I put truck bed liner on it- RHINO LINE YOUR DASH!!! 52.jpg

If your speed-o is way off it could be because you have bigger tires than stock. You can change you ring & pinion gears to a size that will suit your needs. This will also save the life of your transmission.

Depending on what transfer case you have in the case of a 208 or 241 you need to figure what drive gear you have inside the transfer case, they are color coded and can be seen by removing the speedometer gear housing from the passenger side rear of the transfer case tail housing, it is usually a plastic gear of varying color, once you know how many teeth your drive gear has you can figure which driven gear you need. they are about 5-15 dollars depending on source.
Dont have the conversion charts readily available if you google it their are several transmission sites that will help identify by color what drive gear you have and what driven gear you need.
Dont have links readily available the few times ive needed to do it I just googled it. Very easy to change out takes about 5 minutes. Hardest part is figuring which gear you need.

right on thanx fallout its a np205 32 spline. I seen sumthin about the gears on google in my searches, guess im going to just have to do sum math haha
