they are take offs but they take them off before any miles at all, the hummer dealer uses tham as "cores" to send out and have cromed and put back on the trucks, so thay are 0 mile take offs, so they are pretty much new

Are they forged? or cast?
Can't answer that, but they are good wheels. That is a great pice. I have been running them for about 6 mos. I even like the way that they look without the "Hummer" center cap. I would buy them.
