New headlight....Wow what a diff $36

Silver Stars last night I took a little trip out to the desert to test the Q jet I just bought and rebuilt. Well the dingy yellowish headlights were more horrible than usual. I have some pro Comp 130 watt lamps that I run and had the high beams on but still wanted more. I went to the local Auto Zone and picked 2 of these bad boys up for $36 after my military discount. Just thought I would recommend them to you guys who have the same problem I did. /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif

Sorry...I'm just a proud owner. Yeah, my headlights are 4701/4703 which they apparently don't make. However, I have found a website that sells the headlight assembly that accepts the brighter bulbs. That's probably what I will go with...here's the link if anyone is interested...click on sealed beam conversions on the left side...

I would do a serch here about the Auto Optics lights. It has been posted about before with bad reviews... Enough that I wouldn't buy them for my '91... I hear your pain though, lights for out mini-quad setup are hard to come by...
