New here, and Poncho69's new bumper pics

Hey everyone... :)

Just finished a bumper for a member here, Poncho69, and he mentioned I should join this sweet site so here I am. I'm a chevy guy at heart, I have NO idea why it took me so long to find this place, and I plan to hang here more often.. So here's his new bumper with a 16.5ti WARN wedged in it... :D

The bumper is sleeved 1.5x.120 inside 1.75x.120 around the winch area. I use a Lincoln SP175PLUS, I don't worry about duty cycle, and I have NO IDEA how it still works.. :weld: :D

Oh yeah, All me.. This bumper I actually did 100% from measurements and pictures I took 3 weeks before. Very stressfull putting about 25 hours into this thing and not having the truck right there to test from and It was nice when he came up, we KICKED the bumer into place, and welded it solid to the frame. :D

Most trucks don't line up so nice where I can do the whole thing from measurements...

There's definitely a good amount of tech here. You may want to look into a vendor package here as well. It's a big site, and with work like that you should have no shortage of customers.

Thanks Rene.. :D

I just got my membership paid. Once I get relocated to the desert and the new shop goes up I'll be pimpin' the vendor status for sure. Right now dealing with 2 jobs, too much work, paying bills, and trying to pay for and plan my wedding in 5 months......... I'm going NUTS!!! :D
