Hi,

Im new to the sight but have shade treed and worked on old chevy trucks for 40 years. Currently working on a 70 K5. Looking for OEM leaf springs, its riding on 4in skyjacker springs and am going back to factory, Ive gotten older and climbing up in to this thing is killing me lol.

I would agree custom aftermarket springs would be better up front--those negative arch OEM springs ride rough and don't allow much travel before they hit the rubber bump stops..the 67-72 trucks front springs were even shorter than the 73-87 square body ones ,so they made for a choppy rough ride--the 73-87 4x4 trucks don't ride much better up front either!..
