I’ve had good luck with AMD parts for other trucks. Not specifically inner fenders for a 1988 though.

Sadly junk yards, especially pick n pull style yards, would be the best source. Suburbans. But your state may have a limited selection…

Tabco is close to OEM style.

LMC, other big sheet metal supplies, etc all have variations, but all seem to be fine for an inner fender.

I have one Tabco and one from LMC. Tabco was a bit more rigid, but both got the job down when installed.
