New Member needs advice on rust repair/cab panels

Guys. I have a '90 K5 with rust issues in the floor and what i guess is called the B-pillar area where the front seatbelts attach on the door side of the cab. Does anyone know if those panels on the b-pillar can be bought? I know LMC does not offer them.

i don't know whether or not they carry them, but try classicparts.com, they have quite a bit of stuff that LMC doesn't.
