new model 14 bolt troubles

picked up a new model 14 bolt from the pick and pull, missing the long side axle shaft. this wouldnt normallt be a problem but ive managed to pick up a van 14 bolt which is longer than the standard,

i have been to the same pick and pull trying to find the replacement shaft and have no luck. I cant find one online. basically im looking for some help. thanks in advance

sounds like your gonna have to call into one of the axle dealers and get a new one.they may not make them until someone needs one.if its not a commonly bought part,they may not mass produce it and therefore wont have a it on hand stocked on the website.

ive done so much research on this damn axle, its like the bastard 14 bff. i think i might just off load it and find another. also forgot to mention, this axle has the slip off break drums.

slip off drums = whole diffrent kit for disk brake rear conversion. lots of diffrent parts from the spindles out. the inside guts are all basicly the same.

go get the van 14ff rear and be done with it. 3" wider also. gets you a centered rear to front trac width if you want that also.
