At first I thought you had repainted the truck. Then I realized that it was just covered in that much mud in the first pic.

yep and damn its soft compared to blocks but then again I dont have rear shocks b/c 4wp screwed me over /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

Are you running a CV driveshaft? That pinion looks like it is pointed right at the t-case, and the shims in the rear are making it worse. If you are not running a CV shaft that set-up is not ideal to say the least, the output on the t-case and the pinion on the diff should be parallel.
