new motor& computer for the burb

my motor is done! i am getting a donor motor from a 94 sub,350 tbi-is this the same motor as my 90?350tbi, and can i run its computer on my harness[mine is 4wd the donor is 2wd-i havent spent much time under its hood[the donor]the first quick item that caught my eye is difference in the tbi stems[that hold the air cleaner]but if it can be used i can get a good deal and the guy is willing to bring me the motor and help me get it iinto my truck as well as remove my busted one,any advice appreciated,thanks
