I was thinking it because the aluminum allows the noise to escape the valve train more. Its on the passenger side. Almost sounds like a exhaust leak, but all is tight and sealed. Lifters?

If all you did was swap the intake, I'd check for vacuum leaks. Spray it with some carb clean while it's running. If the idle changes...then there is a leak.

Or maybe you got some coolant into the motor when you pulled the old one off. The coolant will wash the oil from the bearings/lifters. It's a good idea to change the oil after an intake swap.

It is entirely possible that the aluminum is leting you hear more noise. Are you running an aftermarket cam? Some are noiser that others....even when adjusted correctly.

Vacuum is good. Coolant was drained prior and the oil was changed after. Stock cam.
