I'm going to try and get it painted and installed this weekend. Who knows I may need to try it out this weekend too. My luck though I'll go out and not get stuck but on stock tires I'm sure it won't be hard.

I have used the winch and it has been flawless so far. I haven't really used it hard yet though just pulling my friends Daihatsu Rocky out of some clay and a pond. Any other help I can provide just ask.

thanks for the reply - say I was also wondering if you installed an extra battery since it is just for occational use, or can you get by without? I honestly dont know much about winches none of my buddies have them except on there atv's.

I plan on it and have the driverside battery tray but it does work fine without for now. Warn recomends at least 650cca. Like I said before I haven't really used it hard yet or without the truck running so I really can't say for sure.
