made the downpayment for it today, if it wasn't xmas or the end of the year i'd already have it.

heres the specs

1968 k10 burb
307-465-205(out of a 77)
80K original miles I'm the 3rd owner.
original color was a copper bronze color but has been respayed in white. I'm gonna paint it the stealth grey of the new hummers. with modern seats

it's a hatch and gate model and the rear wood was coated top and bottom, so no problems there, no rust just suface from the cheap job they did. no dents no worries......

stay tuned.

Ok, where's it going to be parked when I come down on sunday? Might not be there for long

it's hiding, and once it is here it'll be hiding while i throw my fresh 350-465-208 at it, then jack it up for my 3/4 tons and 35's..8" lift should do nicely

all the brown stuff by the front fender and door isn't ruyst poking through, it's dirt.

theres one bondo spot, 2 dings. i'll probably just hit the problem area with some generic white paint til i do the body work.

thats randy, the prevous owner. his buddies dad bought it new in 68.

oh and with this comes a 3 month old black lab/great dane mix.

Nice burb :D
I allways wondered what would happen if I parked my sub and my 68pu too close for too long... thats not how it endded up looking like in my head :haha:
post more pics and updates during your buildup :D

nice truck!!!!!

i want a 68, but i thought the front end was different, with the rased hood and the bowties on the front of the hood, or shoot was that 66?

thats earlier, this style started in 67, in 69 the hood chnaged with the grille and again in 71 and then 73 started the other other box style.

anyone wanna guess what I paid for it

80K original miles i'm 3rd owner, stock 1/2 ton with brand new 32's on it. no fancy options

2 more days and it'll be in my driveway with a cherry picker and fresh exhuast waiting for it. running dual 3's down the driver side.
